Status of 1Time Airlines (Pty) Ltd (Final Liquidation)
The above matter refers.
The 1Time Final Liquidation order has been granted on 2 October 2013.
We can now start with the liquidation process. It can take between 3 to 5 years to be finalised with NO GUARANTEE that passengers will get back ANYTHING.
During the liquidation process we will sent out claim documents to passengers to be completed and returned.
How to get your fare refunds:
Contact the bank's ClientCare on 0860 10 20 43 or visit any branch.
2. Absa Customers
PLEASE NOTE: The following must be included:
A short description of the dispute, confirmation of an attempt to seek a refund from 1Time (Pty) Ltd., a copy of the purchased ticket or eTicket.

3. Investec Customers
Investec customers must complete a dispute form and attach proof of purchase of 1Time tickets. PLEASE NOTE: Departure and Arrival details must be included.
4. Nedbank Customers
Cardholders who bought flight tickets using Visa, Mastercard or American Express Credit Cards should contact their banks on 0860 555 111 to get forms faxed to them for completion.
5. Standard Bank Customers
Cardholders can lodge disputes by calling 0861 201 000.
6. FNB Customers
FNB Credit Card customers should contact the FNB Customer Care Call Centre on 011 369 2800 or 087 575 1111.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers must fill out dispute forms and submit copies of the tickets. They also need reference numbers from 1Time (Pty) Ltd. as proof that they tried to get a refund from the merchant.

Approach your Bank for a refund. They will most probably request a confirmation letter.
The Provisional Liquidation order was granted on 7 November 2012 and the return date for the Final Liquidation order set for 11 December 2012. We will only be in a position to furnish you with a confirmation letter after 11 December 2012.
