Aviwe has extensive business, restructuring and debt recovery experience. He has been involved in the Financial Services and Legal Industry for many years and has expertise in insolvency, law, debt restructuring, a turnaround of distressed businesses and the raising of Post Commencement Finance for companies in Business Rescue. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Diploma in Insolvency Law & Practice (Cum Laude) and advanced certificates in Banking, Tax Administration and Business Rescue Practice. He is a licenced Business Rescue Practitioner and takes appointments as a Curator, Liquidator and Trustee from the Master of the High Court’s countrywide. He has been appointed in numerous high profile and complex matters in various statutes. He is a member of SARIPA (South African Restructuring and Insolvency Practitioners Association) and an associate member of INSOL International and currently serves as the Deputy Chairperson of ABRIPSA (Association of Black Business Rescue and Insolvency Practitioners of South Africa).

Hannes has been taking sole appointments since 1985 and handled various liquidations and sequestrations ranging from minimum fee estates to estates running into millions of rands. He has also handled estates where various bank’s exposure ran into millions of rand. Hannes also successfully completed a Advanced Certificate in Cross-Border Insolvency at the University of Pretoria. He has handled just about any type of business, farming and other estates. Hannes also obtained the Advanced Certificate in Insolvency Law in 2003. He has vast experience in the administration of various types of assets, and has been appointed in numerous high profile matters. He is a gold member of SARIPA.

Louisa joined Cape Trustees in 1990. She has been involved in the practical and day to day administration of insolvent estate more specifically
matters attaining to the Masters Office and DTI. She joined Tshwane Trust in September 2002 and attained directorship in January 2012 and
she is on the National Panel of Liquidators. She is a member of ABRIPSA.

ADEL OPPERMAN
Estate Human Resource Manager
Adél joined Tshwane Trust in 2015 and obtained her Diploma in Insolvency Law & Practice in 2017. She has over 16 years’ experience in the Payroll, Human Resources and Labour Relations field. She is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions and she is also involved in the day to day administration of the estates.
ALTA VAN WYK
Estates Manager
Alta worked for attorneys as a personal assistant for 14 years and joined Cape Trustees in 1992 assisting Hannes Müller. She successfully completed the Diploma in Insolvency Law & Practice in 1995, the Cross-Border Insolvency Diploma in 2000 as well as the Advanced Certificate in Insolvency Law in 2004. She serves on the Master’s panel of liquidators and takes sole appointments. She is a member of SARIPA.

Antoinette joined Tshwane Trust in 2016. She obtained her Diploma in Insolvency Law and Practice in 2006. She has over 25 years’ experience in the administration of insolvent estates.

Deidre joined Cape Trustees in 1991 assisting Mr. J S Venter. She successfully completed the Diploma in Insolvency Law and Practice in 1995 as well as the Advanced Certificate in Insolvency Law in 2004. She is on the Master’s panel of liquidators. She joined our firm on the 1st of September 2001. She is a member of SARIPA.

Gerda obtained her Diploma in Insolvency Law & Practice in 2010. She has over 16 years experience in the administration of insolvent estates. She also has extensive experience in the administration of deceased estates.
IZAK BOSHOFF

Izak completed his B Iuris Degree (Cum Laude) in 1997. He joined the Master’s Office, Pretoria in 1993. He joined Cooper Trustees in 1999 as an administrator of insolvent estates. He started with our company in 2003. He successfully completed the Diploma in Insolvency Law and Practice in 1999, Advanced Certificate in Insolvency law in 2004 and Advanced certificate in Business Rescue Practice in 2012.He has taken sole appointments as trustee and liquidator since 2003. He has gained vast experience in the administration of various types of estates and has been appointed in numerous high profile matters. He is a member of SARIPA.

Marina joined Santam Trust as an administer of deceased estates in 1979. She completed her Diploma in Insolvency Law & Practice in 2000 and the National Credit Act Diploma in 2009. She joined Tshwane Trust in 2010 and has more than 15 years experience in the administration of insolvent and deceased estates.

Michelle obtained her Diploma in Insolvency Law and Practice in 2002. She has over 12 years’ experience in the administration of insolvent estates. She serves on the Master’s Panel of Liquidators and is also a member of SARIPA and takes sole appointments.
