A BRIEF HISTORY

Tshwane Trust Co. (Pty) Ltd is one of the leading insolvency companies in South Africa and has been in existence for over 19 years. The company’s combined industry-related experience exceeds over 300 years.

Since the establishment of the company in 2001 we have been appointed in numerous matters that required a substantial infrastructure and a high level of skill to successfully finalise matters. We have dealt with the liquidation of various medical aid schemes, commercial airlines, commercial property developments, farming enterprises and various companies in manufacturing, transport, mining, service industries including companies listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.

The company is also extremely supportive of positive transformation and is actively involved in providing assistance and support to previously disadvantaged individuals and Broad-Based Empowerment Companies.

In August 2013 we were joined by a further four estate administrators. We now have 24 permanent staff members enabling us to attend to matters of any size and degree of difficulty.

Over and above the two directors Mrs Sibiya and Mr Ndyamara, who are both shareholders and actively involved in the administration of estates as well as the day-to-day running of the company, we are also privileged to be assisted by Mr Y Ebrahim appointed as a permanent consultant. We also assist +/- 17 PDIs with their day-to-day administration.
